Questions to ask the developer before you pay

As a buyer, you have every right to ask. A serious sales office should answer in writing.

  1. Is there an ongoing ownership dispute over any part of the project land, including cases before Egypt's State Council courts? Please answer in writing.

  2. Does the project area include an existing tourist village whose owners hold contracts from the state?

  3. How does the project relate to Decree 55 of 2024? Is the land part of the state project or outside it?

  4. If a dispute over the land emerges after I sign, what guarantees protect me as a buyer?

  5. Are there official reports, formal legal notices, or letters to regulatory bodies concerning this land?
